Kristin Choi

Ms. Choi is responsible for developing business strategies and spearheading business development, client relations, and strategic relationships. Her responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building teaming arrangements, conducting competitive analyses, and submitting proposals. Prior to C4E, Ms. Choi was an Associate Lawyer at Hogan Lovells LLP and O’Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in corporate M&A transactions and securities law. She also served as a law clerk to The Honorable Robert Kugler of the District Court for the District of New Jersey and The Honorable Zoe Bush of the Superior Court of District Court of Columbia. Ms. Choi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Diplomacy from Yonsei University and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
