Thomas F. Talache is an experienced professional with a diverse background in appeals analysis, non-profit management, and health advocacy. Currently serving as an Appeals Analyst at Connect for Health Colorado since May 2015, Thomas assists Colorado citizens in obtaining health benefits. With a long-term role as Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Denver Indian Center and as the President and Founder of Rez Entertainment since June 1999, Thomas brings extensive leadership experience. Previous positions include managing operations at Advanced Patient Advocacy, serving as a CHIPRA Case Manager at Denver Indian Health & Family Services, and holding various managerial and consulting roles in organizations focusing on tribal interests and economic development. Thomas's educational background includes studies at ITT Technical Institute and Pojoaque High School.

Connect for Health Colorado offers individuals, families and small employers a new online marketplace for health insurance and exclusive access to new up-front financial assistance, based on income, to reduce costs. Customers shop through a website and get expert help in person and over the phone from a network of customer service professionals, including Customer Service Center Representatives, Health Coverage Guides and certified health insurance agents and brokers. The Marketplace is a public, non-profit entity that was established by a 2011 state law.
