Karen Mills

Karen Mills has a diverse background in company secretarial roles, currently serving as the Deputy Company Secretary at Connect Group PLC since November 2019. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Company Secretary at Majestic Wine PLC, where responsibilities included employee share scheme administration and legal matters. Karen has held multiple Company Secretary positions in the public sector with Johannesburg Roads Agency and in private sector roles at Rand Mutual Assurance and the Estate Agency Affairs Board. Karen Mills obtained a BProc LLB FCIS in Law from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed Matric at St Dominic's Convent.
