Jennifer Orozco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jennifer began their career at Erik's Concrete and Paving, LLC as an Administrative Assistant in 2015 and then moved on to Lane Bryant as a Sales Associate in 2018. In 2019, they worked at Marking Specialists Group as a Quality Control employee. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Concordia University Chicago, starting as a Student Office Assistant, then transitioning to a Public Safety Dispatcher role where they operated the University Switchboard and monitored various systems to ensure the safety of the University community. During this time, they also served as a Peer Mentor. In 2021, they joined Kolker Real Estate Group as a Digital Marketing Assistant. Later that year, they worked at Association Management Center, first as a Marketing Administrator and then transitioning to Operations Administrator and finally Operations Coordinator. Jennifer's experience showcases their adaptability and strong skills in administrative support, customer service, quality control, and marketing.

Jennifer Orozco obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Concordia University Chicago. Jennifer attended the university from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they obtained several certifications including DCFS Illinois Mandated Reporter from the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, and FEMA ICS 100, FEMA ICS 200, FEMA ICS 700, and FEMA ICS 800 from FEMA. Jennifer achieved these certifications in December 2018.
