Ryan Rynyk has held various roles in the customer service industry since 2004. Ryan began their career at Sitel as a Quality Manager/Sales Retention and Technical Team Manager/Quality Professional. During their time there, they forecasted and tracked internal monitoring, ensured Statements of Work requirements were met, presented analysis and actions on the quality of service to senior management and client representatives, and ensured all client standards were being met for all programs. Ryan also coached agents towards improved success and surpassed their goals as a Team Manager. In 2008, Ryan moved to J.P. Morgan as a Business Analyst/Quality Manager, providing executive support in the role. From 2018 to 2022, Ryan worked at Canopy Growth Corporation as an Operations Analyst/Compliance Officer/Quality Assurance Specialist. During their time there, they were entrusted with compliance, regulatory, and executive reporting, designated to approve Change Orders, Change Requests, Planned Deviations, and critical documents, and investigated late, lost, and missing product for compliance with federal regulations. Ryan also monitored, investigated, and reported potential and averted Non-Conformities, evaluated overall performance through quality rating tools, identified trends and training opportunities, and directed the Quality Check team to production and quality requirements. Theirkey accomplishments included conducting an intervention to resolve a major client distress, enhancing reporting with automation, developing the first scorecards for new hires and frontline agents, engineering a broad range of tools, and cultivating the Quality Check Team to a 0.02%, near-perfect error rate. Currently, Ryan is employed at ConnectAndSell, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager.
Ryan Rynyk began their educational journey in 2016 when they attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they earned their Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2017.
