Yossi Hazan

Prior to leading the Finance Team at Connectbase, Mr. Hazan served as the CFO at Invoke, ModoLabs, PeerApp (acquired by ESW Capital) and Enigma (acquired by PTC). Mr. Hazan has over 20 years of hands-on experience with software and services companies serving as a senior financial executive with experience in corporate finance and controllership, financial reporting, planning analysis, operations, business development and M&A. Mr. Hazan led a $50M M&A activity for an enterprise software company and raised $80M+ equity from global Equity Funds, VC’s and financial institutions through several rounds of financing.
