Victor Manuel Rojas Leal is an experienced professional in technology transfer, commercialization, and project management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Quantum Digital Assets and the Manager of the Regional Technology Transfer Office at Connect, Victor has held multiple roles that emphasize enhancing R&D capabilities and negotiating technology transfer agreements. Past positions include Operations Manager at Recirculation Live and R&T Holding Colombia, as well as Projects, IP & Technology Transfer Specialist at Indumil Colombia, where significant achievements include increasing project compliance effectiveness and generating considerable gross income. Victor is also a university lecturer, instructing on Knowledge and Technology Transfer Management in a Master’s program. Educational qualifications include specializations in strategic leadership and entrepreneurial finance from prestigious institutions such as the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Duke University, alongside a Master's in Investment Project Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
