Matan Rafic

Matan Rafic is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at Connecteam since May 2020, focusing on innovative initiatives. Prior to this, Matan held multiple roles at zoko enterprises from December 2016 to May 2020, including Sales Team Lead and Head of Sales & Customer Success. Matan's early career included key positions in the Israeli Navy from April 2010 to November 2016, where Matan commanded a crew of 20 soldiers and served as a Mission Commander & Ship Commander, emphasizing leadership and high-pressure task execution. Matan holds a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution & Mediation from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Haifa.
