Connie van Kollenburg

Connie van Kollenburg has extensive experience in customer service and team management across various industries. Since November 2015, Connie has volunteered with the Country Fire Authority (CFA). Previously, Connie served as Team Leader for Billing at ConnectEast from July 2007, overseeing customer billing operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring strict KPI compliance. From July 1999 to August 2006, Connie worked as Team Leader for Transfers at AGL, successfully managing customer transfers between electricity retailers and developing procedural documentation. Earlier in the career, Connie was a Specialist at CBA from June 1988 to July 1999, handling customer service, teller duties, and back office operations.
