Santhi Maniam

Santhi Maniam is an experienced professional currently serving as a Sales Assistant at Connected Wind Services Danmark since May 2022. From 2011 to present, Santhi operates as an Affiliate and accredited trainer for Think on Your Feet International, Inc., focusing on effective presentation skills. Additionally, Santhi contributed to the Curation Team at TEDxAarhus from February 2020 to February 2021 and worked with People Potential as an Associate Trainer from 2006 to 2016, specializing in business presentations and leadership management programs. In early career roles, Santhi was a Training Specialist developing leadership training content and an Executive Trainer at Datacom Southeast Asia, managing knowledge sharing and employee induction programs. Santhi holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Development from Multimedia University and completed a Danish Language course at Lærdansk Aarhus Denmark.
