Hafsat Abiola-Costello is a highly accomplished leader and advocate with extensive experience in development economics and public policy. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Connected Women Leaders and Board Member at World Connect, Inc., Hafsat also holds the position of President at Women In Africa and non-executive President at KIND, which Hafsat founded as a response to the Nigerian democracy movement. Previous roles include Special Adviser to the Governor on Trade & Investment for the Ogun State Government and CEO of China Africa Bridge. As a Councillor for the World Future Council, Hafsat promotes sustainable development initiatives. Hafsat's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics from Harvard University, a Master of Public Administration from Tsinghua University, and a certification in Leadership and Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
