Wendy Suen

Wendy Suen has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Wendy is currently the Head of Talent Solutions at ConnectedGroup, leading their HR Consulting division, ConnectedConsult. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Partner at Viable Partners, where they worked on leadership, strategy, change management, and digitization projects. Wendy has also held senior positions at UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited, Accenture, Omnicom Media Group, Kantar TNS, GroupM, Quadrant Consulting, J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, and World Channel Consulting. Wendy'sroles have included People & Corporate Affairs Director, Chief People Officer/HR Director, Talent Supply Chain Lead, Chief Talent Officer, National Talent Director, and Training Director. Wendy's expertise spans various industries, including healthcare, consulting, advertising, media, and communications.

Wendy Suen has a diverse education history. Wendy first attended Western Sydney University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Afterward, they enrolled in the University of Leicester from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master of Science in Training and Human Resources Management with a focus on Human Resources Management.

In addition to their formal degrees, Wendy has also obtained several certifications. Wendy became a Level 2 McQuaig Accredited Interpreter in September 2023, through the institution McQuaig. In August 2023, they achieved the status of a Certified Corporate Wellbeing Specialist from Global Healthcare Resources (GHR). In March 2023, they obtained the M.I.H.R.M.(HK) certification from the [HKIHRM] Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management. Furthermore, in May 2022, they became an ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL (B123) through the Institute of Organization Development.
