Nalini Kalavacharla has over 20 years of work experience. Nalini began their career in 1997 as an Executive Assistant at M K Raju Consultants PVT LTd. In 2017, they joined ConnectedX Inc. as Head of HR and Operations and later became Manager- Talent Acquisition and Operations. Nalini also worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Protean Solutions Inc.

Nalini Kalavacharla holds a Masters in Computer Applications from the University of Madras.
