Carolyn Hiebert

As a Manager of Development, Carolyn focuses on bringing ConnectGen’s portfolio of wind, solar, and energy storage projects to realization across Texas.

Prior to joining ConnectGen, Carolyn served as Field Supervisor and Drilling Engineer at Equinor where she oversaw oil and gas well construction and operations in Texas, Ohio, and North Dakota. Previously, Carolyn held various project management and engineering roles within BP’s offshore Gulf of Mexico production business and managed capital upgrade projects with Samsung Austin Semiconductor.

Carolyn holds a Master of Science in Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
