Eboni Taylor

Eboni Taylor serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at ConnectGen, where she leads all people solutions and human resources needs. A seasoned HR executive, Eboni brings to her role more than 15 years of experience transforming teams and leaders by increasing their ability to work together, optimize resources and ensure deliverability.

Before joining ConnectGen, Eboni served as Director of HR Corporate for Bristow Group. Previously, Eboni held various roles within the HR functions at top oil and gas companies, including Baker Hughes, Marathon Oil, and Chevron. Throughout her career, she has served as a Recruiter, Benefits Specialist, HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Consultant, Organization Transformation and Talent, and HR Manager and HR Director. She also previously served as a consultant for Deloitte.

Eboni holds a BA from Baylor University and an MS from Houston Baptist University.
