Jordan Curry

Jordan Curry is a Manager within the Transmission and Market Analysis group, which is responsible for forecasting the transmission congestion, renewable curtailment, and basis risks for ConnectGen’s renewable generation portfolio.

Jordan brings over 6 years of industry experience in electricity market design, integrated resource planning, and regulatory policy development to his role. His expertise includes developing transmission network production cost models capable of producing locational marginal price forecasts for the purposes of understanding market competition and delivering robust economic evaluations of system resources.

Prior to joining ConnectGen, Jordan worked on the renewable consulting team for Sargent & Lundy, the integrated resource planning team for NextEra Energy Resources, and the Market Design & Regulatory Policy team for the California Independent System Operator. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University Sacramento.
