Ariane Desrosiers, CRHA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ariane currently holds the position of People & Culture Director at Connect&GO, starting in July 2021. Prior to this, Ariane worked at BESTSELLER as a People & Culture Manager from November 2020 to June 2021, and as an HR Business Partner from April 2019 to November 2020. Ariane also served as an HR Business Partner, National at Loblaw Companies Limited from March 2018 to April 2019, as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner from June 2017 to March 2018, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from February 2016 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, Ariane held the role of HR Clerk at Six Flags La Ronde from May 2014 to October 2015 and worked as a Health and Safety Advisor at CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal from January 2015 to April 2015.

Ariane Desrosiers, CRHA, holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Concordia University from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ariane has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Ariane became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci in August 2022. In October 2020, they received an HR Marketing Certification from Infopresse. In September 2019, they obtained a NOVA Certification from Swissnova. Lastly, in November 2015, Ariane achieved the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
