Julie Ossolinski currently works at ConnectiCare as the Manager of Performance Improvement. Julie leads a team of 10 to drive a positive customer experience and identifies opportunities for continuous process and service improvements through Lean methodologies. Before working at ConnectiCare, Julie was a Public Relations Assistant at BayBank Harvard Trust, where Julie implemented public relations plans for various Cambridge nonprofit groups. Julie graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor's Degree in 1988.
