Lisa Simonetti

Lisa Simonetti has over 20 years of work experience. Lisa began their career with Lincoln Financial Group in 2000, where they held various roles including Staffing Sourcing Analyst and Account Coordinator. In 2006, Lisa joined Travelers as a Sr. Staffing Research Consultant/Recruiter and later became the Sr Operations and Competitive Intelligence Consultant. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Manager, Strategic Initiatives Talent Acquisition and eventually became the Human Resources Manager for Personal Insurance IT. In 2016, Lisa joined ConnectiCare as the Director of Human Resources.

Lisa Simonetti has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University. Lisa also holds a Certificate in HR Management from Saint Joseph College.
