Steven Ruotolo

Steven Ruotolo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. STEVEN has worked in various roles and companies, showcasing their expertise in software development, architecture, and database administration.

Starting in 1997, Steven worked as a Senior Architect and Developer at Warnaco and Physicians Health Services, where they developed applications and tools for sales, finance, and actuarial departments.

In 1998, they joined DANA AfterMarket Group as a Senior Software Developer, where they designed and developed an internet/intranet quality analysis and reporting tool.

Steven then transitioned to work at Energizer in 1998, where they held multiple roles over a decade. STEVEN developed applications for sales forecasting, logistics, manufacturing, and data analysis. STEVEN also supported various systems, including Remedy's MAGIC system and supported auditing activities for IT application teams.

STEVEN continued their career at Veolia Transportation in 2008 as a Senior Architect and Developer, where they created a taxi voucher system and data management applications for Bradley International Airport.

From 2008 to 2011, Steven worked at Santa Energy as a Senior Architect and Developer, enhancing and upgrading an intranet-based corporate OMS system.

In 2009, they joined Q-Bridge, Inc. as a BI Architect and SQL Server DBA, managing multiple SQL Server databases and developing SSRS reports.

Steven also worked at OptumInsight in 2009 as an Application Architect and Application DBA, where they designed and developed winform applications and managed SQL Server databases.

In 2014, they joined ConnectiCare as a Director of Clinical Technology, where they created and supported desktop applications for pharmacy services and appeals and grievances processing.

Finally, in the same year, Steven worked at WellSpark as the Director of Clinical Technologies and Efficiencies, leading a development team and serving as an operational support lead for a cloud-based server farm.

Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, including C#, SQL Server, Oracle, Crystal Reports, and several reporting tools. Their roles have involved leading teams, mentoring developers, and architecting solutions.

Steven Ruotolo graduated from Notre Dame High School in West Haven, CT in 1988 with a High School Diploma, where they achieved the 4th position in their class. STEVEN then attended Fairfield University from 1988 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Afterward, they pursued further education at Quinnipiac University from 1992 to 1993, focusing on a Masters in Education.
