Raquel Bolling is currently serving as the Training Operational Excellence Lead and Talent & Training Lead for Data Science for Buildings and Manufacturing at the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles at the GO Foundation as an AmeriCorps Fellow and as a Mentee in the Liberty Mutual Insurance DSPRG Diversity Outreach Mentorship Program. Raquel also worked as a Production Assistant at MATTE Projects, contributing to a Bacardi-sponsored event for the Video Music Awards. In the education sector, Raquel served as a Project Math Success Fellow at Guilford County Schools, effectively improving students' math grades. Raquel's research experience includes a Data Science Research Trainee position at the National Science Foundation, where data analysis and supply chain optimization were central to the role. Raquel participated in the JP Morgan Chase & Co. Data for Good HBCU Hackathon as one of 12 selected individuals among 850 applicants. Educationally, Raquel holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
