Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith, CSM, currently serves as the Manager of Ambulatory Care Services at Connecticut Children's Medical Center since March 2018. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Trinity Health Of New England from July 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Systems Analyst focused on regulatory reporting and functioning as an application coordinator for the Beacon implementation. Earlier, at AmkaiSolutions, Lauren held multiple positions including Product Manager for AmkaiCharts, overseeing Meaningful Use compliance, and served as a Senior System/Business Analyst. Lauren possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Leadership from Post University, and holds a Certified Scrum Master designation from the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, Lauren is a certified yoga teacher with training from Bloom Yoga and Wellness.
