Lauren Fitzharris

Lauren Fitzharris currently serves as a Senior Admission Fellow at Connecticut College, where responsibilities include conducting admission interviews and enhancing communication skills. As Co-Chair for the 2025 Senior Week, Lauren leads multiple subteams to orchestrate a week of celebratory events. In the role of Connections Program Co-Coordinator, Lauren collaborates with a team to optimize event scheduling while managing student recruitment processes. Previous experiences include social media and communications internships at Justworks and MP&F Strategic Communications, as well as a volunteer position at the Mystic Seaport Museum, focusing on maritime education for under-resourced youth. Lauren also holds teaching roles with swim teams, emphasizing safety skills for children. Lauren is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Gender, Sexuality, and Intersectionality Studies at Connecticut College, with an upcoming study abroad program in Denmark.
