Jessica Hughes

Jessica Hughes serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Connecticut Community Care, Inc. since October 2018, having previously held the position of Assistant Director of Clinical Operations. With a career at Connecticut Community Care, Inc. beginning in October 2001 as Manager of Care Coordination, Jessica has played a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical and administrative procedures. Responsibilities include providing direct clinical supervision to a team of approximately 19 Care Managers, collaborating on the design and revision of clinical procedures, and representing the organization in various liaison activities. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Connecticut.
