James Maxfield has a strong background in sales and event planning, with experience in various managerial roles in the hospitality industry. James is currently serving as the National Sales Manager at the Connecticut Convention Center, where James oversees sales operations. Prior to this, James held senior sales roles at Newport Harbor Island Resort and Gurney's Newport Resort & Marina, specializing in the association market. James also has a history of successfully booking groups of various sizes for different markets during their tenure at Omni Hotels & Resorts.
