Currently serving as a Project Manager and Environmental Analyst at the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development since October 2019, Jennifer previously held the position of Project Manager at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. from June 2004 to October 2019. Jennifer holds a degree in Environmental Earth Science, with a minor in geomorphology, from Eastern Connecticut State University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
