Terry Nash Giovannucci

Terry Nash Giovannucci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the affordable housing sector, currently serving as Community Engagement Manager at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority since May 2002. Under this role, Terry drives outreach efforts for multifamily development and acts as the chief relationship officer to enhance connections and outcomes in affordable housing. Previous positions within the agency include various managerial and underwriting roles, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing significant development portfolios, underwriting tax-exempt bond transactions, and leading supportive housing programs. Terry also chairs the Connecticut Interagency Committee for Supportive Housing & Homelessness and actively participates in industry training and conferences.
