Laura Wheatley

Laura Wheatley is an experienced property manager and sales marketing professional with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality and housing sectors. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Connecticut Housing Partners since April 2024, Laura has previously held significant roles, including Director of Sales Marketing at both Elmbrook Village at Bozrah and Colebrook Village at Hebron. Earlier experiences include property management at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., and general management at AmericInn Lodge & Suites, alongside director positions in sales at Hampton Inn & Suites and Waterford Hotel Group, Inc. Laura's foundational skills in sales and management were developed during a tenure as Sales Manager at Eastern Connecticut Tourism District.
