Orlando Soto, MBA, has extensive experience in healthcare IT and management. Orlando is currently working at the Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC) as an EMR Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Ezras Choilim Health Center in the same role from 2016 to 2021.
