Carol Facin has extensive experience in customer service and client relations, primarily in the energy and consumer goods industries. Since February 2012, Carol has been with Connecticut Natural Gas Corp in the Customer Accounting Department, handling inquiries related to billing, service interruptions, and energy conservation programs. Prior to that, from September 2009 to February 2012, Carol served as a Client Relations Representative at The United Illuminating Company, managing similar customer inquiries and billing discussions. Carol's earlier roles include Customer Fulfillment Manager at The Stanley Works and various positions at Unilever HPC N.A., where responsibilities included demand replenishment planning and supply chain management. Educational background includes studies at the University of Connecticut and Stone School of Business.
