Justin Parlapiano

Justin Parlapiano is a seasoned project engineer currently employed at Connecticut Water since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing all phases of vertical facility projects, such as water storage tanks, pump stations, and water treatment plants. Additionally, Justin serves as a board member on the Civil Engineering Industry Advisory Board at Western New England University since May 2016, contributing as a guest speaker in classrooms.
