Mark Caswell

Mark Caswell serves as Chief of Staff at Connection Pointe Christian Church since August 2024 and as an adjunct professor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Butler University's Lacy School of Business since January 2024. With extensive experience in consulting, Mark has held multiple leadership roles at Resultant since October 2013, including CEO, Board Member, and President, where the focus has been on data analytics and digital transformation. Prior to joining Resultant, Mark spent a decade at Rolls-Royce in various senior program management positions, leading teams in developing advanced turbine engine technologies. Mark holds advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and Purdue University, as well as an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
