Thomas C. Baker is the SVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Connection. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Connection, they were the VP of Finance at Varian Semiconductor Equipment where they were responsible for the finance organization encompassing accounting, tax, treasury, operations finance and planning functions. Thomas was also a member of the management team that oversaw the company’s worldwide production schedule and attended weekly meetings with the CEO, CFO and field executives to review sales prospects. Additionally, they reported financial results to the Board of Directors quarterly prior to earnings release. Under their leadership, the company successfully sold Varian at a 55% premium over the previous day close and 10% greater than the all-time high.
