Joel Conger

Joel Conger has a range of work experience in the healthcare industry, with their most recent role being the Arizona Market President at Connections Health Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Molina Healthcare as the AVP of Behavioral Health and later as the Director of System Transformation in Community Engagement. Before that, Joel was the Director of System Transformation at Magellan Complete Care of Arizona. Joel also held leadership positions at Crisis Response Network, Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care, Aurora Behavioral Health System, Magellan Health Services, and ValueOptions. Overall, Joel has extensive experience in behavioral healthcare operations and clinical leadership.

Joel Conger pursued higher education beginning in 1988 at the University of Arizona, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1993. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they attended the University of Phoenix and earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Healthcare Administration.
