Sheri Patton

Sheri Patton is a dedicated social services professional with extensive experience in care coordination, photography, and operations management. Currently serving as a Social Services Care Coordinator at Connections Health Solutions since August 2020, Sheri also operates as an Independent Photographer through Patton Photography since December 2009. Previous roles include Operations Lead at Community Bridges, Case Manager at Southwest Network, and Program Coordinator at Lifewell Behavioral Wellness, Inc. Sheri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Iowa State University and is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing at Maricopa Community Colleges.
