Sofía Machado Parra is a dynamic professional currently serving as the Founder and Podcast Producer/Host of Eureka Podcast, which highlights the stories and insights of prominent leaders and creators since January 2024. In addition, Sofía is a Growth Manager at Connectly.ai, driving the adoption of an AI-powered customer engagement framework since May 2023. Previously, Sofía held various strategic roles at Treinta, including Sales Strategy Manager, and at Baker McKenzie Colombia as a Junior Associate in both Banking & Finance and Tax, contributing to significant financial transactions and managing substantial investments. Sofía holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidad de Los Andes and has completed an exchange semester in International Commercial Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
