Carol Romeo is an experienced treasury management implementation specialist at ConnectOne Bank, responsible for coordinating the setup of treasury and banking services to enhance client experiences since January 2011. Previous roles include Vice President and Senior Branch Manager, where notable achievements included more than doubling deposits at a former Citizens First branch in Ridgewood. Carol's extensive banking career spans over three decades and includes significant positions at Citibank and HSBC, where performance surpassed sales and deposit goals. Carol also founded Sensible Staging & Redesign, LLC, combining artistic talents with business acumen to assist homeowners and real estate firms.
