Christopher Emma

Christopher Emma's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Christopher is currently working as the Vice President of Quality Assurance - Culture & Experience at ConnectOne Bank since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Manager at Morgan Stanley in 2019 and as a Business Analyst at MetLife in 2018. In 2017, they served as the Global Adaptation Coordinator at Avon. Christopher's longest tenure was at Citi where they held multiple positions such as Project Manager, Senior Analyst, and Project Manager for the Global Consumer Banking North America Human Resources division from 2002 to 2017. Christopher also worked at PwC and PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center in various roles related to business analysis, procedures management, writing/editing, and quality assurance.

Christopher Emma holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Administration from the University of Scranton. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Engagement and Productivity as well as Talent Optimization from The Predictive Index in January 2022.
