Dawn Machacek has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dawn started their career as an Executive Assistant at Medical Billing and Administrative Services (MBAS) in 2007. After that, in 2009, they worked as a Finance Intern at UBS and concurrently held the position of a Medical Receptionist at Integrated Health Professionals. In 2010, Dawn joined SB One Bank as an Administrative Assistant to the Loan and Credit Departments, and later transitioned to becoming an Administrative Assistant to the Retail, Marketing, and IT/Operations Departments. Dawn eventually became an Assistant Vice President/Marketing Coordinator until 2019. In 2019, Dawn moved to ConnectOne Bank to work as an Assistant Vice President/Strategic Coordinator. In February 2021, they were promoted to Vice President/Strategic Coordinator, their current role.

Dawn Machacek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Sussex County Community College between 2005 and 2007. Currently, they are pursuing a Salesforce Admin certification through Trailhead by Salesforce, starting in 2020.
