Rokas Masiulis

Rokas Masiulis is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Litgrid AB since February 2021 and an Independent Board Member at ConnectPay, Rokas previously held significant roles including Minister of Transport and Communications and Minister of Energy for the Republic of Lithuania, where strategic reforms and oversight of major projects were implemented. Other notable positions include CEO of AB Klaipėdos Nafta, where the LNG terminal construction was completed successfully, and various board memberships in energy and transportation companies. Rokas holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Vilnius University, alongside a diploma from the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
