Micha Roon serves as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where innovation projects are supported through training and mentorship for technical staff. Micha founded and owns managination, a company focused on enhancing the software development landscape. Previously, Roon held roles including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to decentralized infrastructure and self-sovereign finance solutions. Additional experience includes serving as CTO and Foundation Board member at Share&Charge, and positions on advisory boards for the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Micha's technical expertise is further highlighted through roles such as Sr. Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge and Blockchain Advisor at SwissBorg.
