Lauren Fanciullacci has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR at ConnectWise since February 2018, after progressing through roles including Manager and HR Generalist. Prior to ConnectWise, Lauren held various positions at WilsonHCG, including HR Generalist and Team Lead, contributing to the company’s innovative recruitment solutions. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Generalist and Administrator, as well as a Sports Information Intern at Florida State University, where Lauren developed skills in writing, statistics compilation, and media coordination. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Florida State University in 2012.
