Federico Paparella

Federico Paparella serves as the Sr Director of HR for DDS & IVD and Engineering Business Units at Stevanato Group since September 2025. Previously, Federico held various HR leadership roles at Coesia S.p.A. from March 2013 to August 2025, including Director HR Business Partner for the Division Industrial Market Solutions, where significant employee attrition reduction strategies were successfully implemented across APAC and the USA. Federico also managed a 30-member HR International team, facilitating engagement initiatives and change management projects related to ERP implementation. Prior experience includes founding a retail business, Pagù, and serving as a Sr Consultant in the Grocery Retailing Industry at SCS Azioninnova SpA, focusing on organization redesign and strategic growth projects. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from IMD and a Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
