Michael Rolek

Michael Rolek is an accomplished attorney currently serving as Of Counsel at Connell Foley LLP since August 2018, specializing in regulatory affairs and compliance, corporate and business law, and commercial litigation. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as an Attorney at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP and Connell Foley LLP, as well as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey. Michael's legal career began with internships at the United States District Court and a summer associate position at Connell Foley LLP. Before pursuing law, Michael taught at North Star Academy Charter School of Newark and with Teach For America, focusing on educational equity. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Marist College.
