Frank Proctor

Frank Proctor has over 30 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry. Frank joined Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2006 as Managing Director - Executive Vice President, specializing in accounts with sophisticated exposures and complex insurance needs. Prior to that, they worked at The Graham Company as an Insurance Producer from 1995 to 2005. Before entering the insurance industry, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer/Sales Representative at Thermal Basic, Inc from 1990 to 1995.

Frank Proctor attended the United States Naval Academy from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1991, they pursued further education at the University of Connecticut and completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Metallurgy in 1994.
