Amy Moquet has over 35 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at Connex Credit Union since September 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Organization Effectiveness at Health Net from May 2000 to April 2012, where they were responsible for identifying leadership behaviors and developing initiatives to improve the company's climate. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Peoples United Bank from March 1999 to April 2000, where they worked collaboratively with the Compensation and Benefits Committee to develop executive compensation and benefit plans. Amy began their career at AT&T in 1979, where they served as Vice President of Performance, Rewards, and Benefits, designing and executing executive and board of director compensation plans and negotiating labor contracts.
Amy Moquet received their Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Behavior from Quinnipiac University from 1975 to 1979. Later, they pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Business from Sacred Heart University from 1985 to 1990.
