The Operations Team at Connex Credit Union is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the internal processes that ensure efficient service delivery to members. This includes managing projects, coordinating facilities, and analyzing loan origination systems to enhance operational effectiveness. Led by the Vice President of Operations, the team works collaboratively to implement strategies that improve technology integration and streamline credit union services to better meet the diverse needs of its membership.
