Mônica Tavares

Mônica Tavares is a seasoned data engineer currently employed at Connexi since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing a Data Lake on Azure Cloud, integrating with a DB2 database, and overseeing data architecture using Azure Synapse Analytics and other Azure tools. Previous experience includes a brief role at genesis.studio in 2021, focusing on Azure database migrations and data analysis, and a Data Analyst position with Project PRH at PETROBRAS/UENF from February 2019 to February 2020, involving the management of human resources training reports and research in machine learning. Mônica also served as a visiting researcher at Université de Montpellier and has a robust academic background with a PhD in Reservoir and Exploration Engineering from UENF and a Master's in Meteorology from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
