Solet Ira Javier-Miclat has extensive experience in shared services and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Shared Services at Connext since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing non-operations departments such as Finance, HR, and Compliance, while collaborating closely with executive leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness.
