Gareth McCafferty has extensive experience in recruitment and operations management, currently serving as Director and previously as Associate Director at Connexus Recruitment from August 2022 to July 2024. Prior roles include Divisional Manager for Construction & Engineering and Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Building Services Engineering at Now Careers Australia from February 2018 to August 2022. Gareth also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Marble Expert Recruitment, and held operational roles at Ecolab and William Grant and Co Ltd. Gareth holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Performance Enhancement in Business & Consulting from Queen's University Belfast, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ulster University.
